papers
either as an oral or poster presentation. If you have any inquiries, please contact

Instructions for Paper Submission
1. Abstract Submission Deadline: July 20, 2009 (Has been
expired)
The firm deadline for abstract submission is July 20, 2009. All abstracts must be
submitted via the web ONLY at
www.iiwc2009iran.com. Abstracts that sent via e-mail, fax or regular mail
will not be processed nor acknowledged.
2. Acceptance Notices: July 30, 2009 Abstracts acceptances will be announced via e-mail, however, authors could
check their abstract status in the congress website. Authors will be informed of
the status of their submission by July 30, 2009
3. Full Paper Submission Deadline: September 5, 2009 (Extended)
If your abstract is accepted, you will need to decide by September 5, 2009.
4. Method of Abstract Submission
All papers must be submitted electronically through the congress website
In order to submit your abstract you must pre-register to the site before. Please click
Online Pre-Registration and follow the instructions. After pre-registering
step you can submit your abstract, So please click on the "Online Paper Submission"
button. On the page that appears, enter all personal information and attach the
abstract in the appropriate boxes.
5. Method of Full Paper Submission
You can submit your fullpaper once your abstract was accepted. If you want to
find your abstract status, after entering your username (your email) and
password click on My Paper Archive link.
6. Guidelines for Paper Format
Papers should be in the form of a one page summary. Please download the Full
Paper
template file.
